Jul. 9th, 2011 08:15 pmIf you were organising a small-scale community facility and wanted a basic, cheap (pref free) ultra-low maintenance web presence THAT WAS ACCESSIBLE TO PEOPLE WHO DON'T DO BLOODY FACEBOOK. What would you use? Wordpress has been suggested - any good?
