Memo to self - never, ever try to buy a computer over the phone again - number of variables involved makes comparison shopping brain bleedingly tricky, esp with smallers round feet. Next time will hire babysitter and retire to internet cafe. However, given that I only went with Mesh because he was the person I was on the phone to when I snapped, they seem to have done the trick.
Mind you, I did do what I swore I wouldn't and got seduced into spending more than I intended on something luicrously overspecced for our purposes - given that we had been working perfectly happily for the last seven years on what is essentially a jumped up abacus.
But the essential thing is that we can now return to Ocado, and no longer have to spend ridiculous periods of time supermarket shopping. Inbox is full of plaintive messages saying, in effect, have we offended you in some way? Return to us and we will ply you with free plonk.
