The sign that your server reliability issue has got really serious

Is when your "offline" message is changed from its previous bland "temporary service outage, back in a few minutes" to "So sorry for the downtime, we're doing our best to fix it and are not down the pub honest".
I shall be forced to interact with my family instead.
