brixtonbroodas I am resisting the temptation to tell you in detail about the hilarious consequences of Tiny's stomach upset.
In return for this I will accept helpful tips on driving from South London to Glasgow and back (no, "Don't" does not count, even without a travel cot we still generate huge quantities of luggage, including a human-sized Clanger head - attend Friday's play to find out why), probably involving an overnight stop at a B&B in the Lake District.
He has never driven (nor I navigated) north of Stourbridge (in fact we're going to come to Caption the week before specifically to practice driving - when we got in today for a trip to my brother there were actual cobwebs on the driver's door handle).
Good places to sleep, eat, avoid? I know this is thinking some way in advance, but if we want to stay somewhere nice in the Lakes in August we'll need to.
