Huge amounts of self-control required for Him to explain that, no, the Ewoks are nice, and they make friends.
Yes - we have entered the first phase of Star Wars addiction, I haven't heard the desolate cries of bereavement she cried when she realised Jedi had ended since she was eighteen months and the dancing teddy bear in Teletubbies flew away*. In a way this is nice, but we are going to have to spend several years concealing the existence of Phantom Menace from her, since she enjoyed the more juvenile jokes in Jedi a great deal - and I cannot face the hideous possibility of having a Jar Jar Binks fan in the house.
Less than four months before she can officially play Lego Star Wars in her own right rather than demanding it to be played for her - I still have not entirely ruled out the possibility that He bribed/hypnotised her into this behaviour by means unspecified.
I forsee that last week's Doctor Who will be featuring in my road safety lectures for some time to come.
*she is poorly though, which is why we gave in to the plaintive cry of "I need some Star Wars to make me a bit happier" in the first place.
