There used to be a really good site where people rated their broadband providers, but I've forgotten what it's called - does anyone know something like that?
My brother is tempted to go with Homechoice which do a good looking sort of digital TV/broadband/phoneline package, but I said I'd check it out a bit for him in case they prove to be an NTL-style car-crash of a company.
